No Deposit Bonuses & Free Spins

Be wary of headline numbers. At the time of writing, our list has no 120 free spins offer, no 1,000 free spins offer, no 25 free spins on registration, and no R25 sign-up bonus with no deposit. The ZARbet offer is 80 free spins, not 50. If a site promises one of these, check it on the casino’s own site before you register.

The same goes for free spins no deposit no wagering. We do not list any no-wagering free spins right now. They are rare because casinos give away free spins to attract new players, and wagering is how they limit what that costs. Do not trust a page that says otherwise without checking the casino’s terms.

ZAR Casino has closed and is no longer listed on SlotsZAR, so we have no ZAR Casino sign-up bonus for you. See our casino list for casinos that are open.

1. Pick an offer from the table and open the casino through our link.
2. Register a real money account. You must be 18 or older.
3. Enter the bonus code if there is one (usually in the registration form or the cashier).
4. Check that the free spins or chip appear in your account. If they do not, contact live chat before you play.
5. Read the terms on wagering, eligible games and maximum cash-out.

This is SlotsZAR, a list of casino bonuses for South African players (sometimes searched for as “zaslots” or “slotzar”).

A wagering (or playthrough) requirement is the amount you must bet before you can withdraw winnings from a bonus. It is written as a multiple, such as 40x or 60x. The original point was to stop people signing up only to cash out a bonus without playing.

Example only: suppose you get a R100 free chip with a 60x wagering requirement. You would need to place R6,000 in total bets (R100 multiplied by 60) before you could withdraw. Wins and losses along the way do not count towards the total, only the bets. That is why a high multiplier makes an offer harder to clear.

Every game has a house edge, so over many bets you are likely to lose some of that wagering. A lower multiplier is generally better for you than a higher one. Read our guide on how to cash out winnings from a no deposit bonus for more.

• Maximum cash-out: most no deposit offers cap how much you can withdraw from the winnings. The cap is in the bonus terms.
• Which games count: free spins are usually tied to certain slots. Free chips may exclude some games, and different games may count differently towards wagering.
• Verification (KYC): before your first withdrawal you will usually have to send proof of identity and address, and proof of ownership of your payment method.
• Bet limits and expiry: there may be a maximum bet while wagering, and the bonus may expire after a set time.

• Real codes are given by the casino or by a site you trust. Never pay anything to “unlock” a no deposit bonus.
• Check the code on the casino’s own promotions page or in the cashier. If it is rejected, ask live chat.
• Be careful with offers that need your banking details or ID before you have even registered.
• Round headline numbers like 120 or 1,000 free spins with no terms attached should make you check the casino before signing up.
